The Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 EVO - REFURBISHED is a high-performance CPU air cooler designed for gaming systems, workstations and demanding processors. Its dual-tower heatsink architecture combines a large heat dissipation surface with an elegant black finish, delivering excellent thermal performance for modern Intel and AMD platforms.
Its heatsink uses 7 copper heatpipes with a 6 mm diameter and a nickel-plated C1100 pure copper base, efficiently transferring heat away from the processor towards the aluminium fin stacks. With dimensions of 110 x 125 x 157 mm and a heatsink weight of 810 g without fans, it provides a robust cooling solution while maintaining compatibility with a wide range of PC cases.
Cooling is reinforced by two Thermalright TL-K12 120 mm PWM fans capable of reaching up to 2150 RPM, generating up to 69 CFM of airflow and 2.87 mm H2O of static pressure. Their S-FDB V2 bearings provide smooth operation, while the maximum noise level of 27 dBA delivers an excellent balance between cooling performance and acoustics. Integrated 5V 3-pin ARGB connectivity also adds customizable lighting to the system.
