Minimum Purchase Age
Only persons of legal age may be Users of the Website. Products or services intended for minors may only be purchased by their parents or guardians.
Pricing Policy
Ibertrónica carefully selects the products offered on the website to our customers. On our website, you will only find the best products from the best manufacturers on the market.
Our commitment is to offer the best price and the shortest delivery time possible at all times. However, because computer components are subject to constant price fluctuations and the market is so dynamic, occasional price and delivery time differences may occur, even during the purchasing process. Ibertrónica is committed to always offering the best customer service to meet prices and deadlines once the purchase is completed.
We offer special rates and discounts for distributors on most of our products. If you are a reseller of IT products, please contact your sales representative.
Special Prices for Projects
Some products in our catalog enjoy special prices when the purchase is assigned to projects supervised by the manufacturer.
To receive these discounts, you must contact your Ibertronica sales representative and register your project. Once this is done, you will receive a [discount code] that you can enter when making your purchase online.
Warranty
The warranty for products sold by Ibertrónica Systems is governed by Royal Legislative Decree 7/2021, of April 27. This legal framework allows consumers to demand compensation when the purchased item does not meet the terms of the contract.
A 3-year warranty is offered to end users. For businesses, the warranty is 2 years, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer, as the Consumer Goods Act does not regulate business-to-business sales. Refurbished products will have a 1-year warranty, as specified in the product information sheet.
If any defect is detected in the product, it will be repaired, replaced, the price reduced, or the contract terminated free of charge. It is mandatory to notify non-conformity within a maximum of two months from the identification of the problem. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, negligence, or misuse. Furthermore, if the manufacturer offers a warranty longer than the 3 years established by law, the processing will be carried out directly with the manufacturer, exempting Sistemas Ibertrónica from any liability in these cases.
The warranty does not cover the non-exhaustive list of the following cases:
- Breakdowns resulting from improper use or use outside the specified environmental conditions, installation defects, or wear and tear due to normal use of the equipment.- Damage caused by disasters such as fire, flooding, wind, earthquakes, or storms.
- Cosmetic damage or scratches on plastic materials such as housings.
- LCD panels or screens with visible scratches or cracks.
- Damage caused by impact with other objects, falls, liquid spills, or immersion in liquids.
- Breakdowns resulting from manipulations carried out by unauthorized technicians, as well as subsequent modifications or extensions not included in the configuration. original.
- Problems due to compatibility or installation of peripherals or software purchased from third parties.
- Errors related to configuration errors, software incompatibilities, and computer viruses.
- Consumable parts.
- Installation, servicing, cleaning, updates, consumables, transfers, or reinstallations of any kind.
- Data loss or recovery, and any resulting damages. It is the customer or user's responsibility to make the necessary backups. - Damage due to accident, abuse, misuse, or improper application.
- Deterioration due to normal use, including the carrying case, plastic casings, floppy disks, CD-ROMs, manuals, and batteries.
- Any damage or malfunction if the serial number and barcode label on the product or any of its components have been altered, erased, or removed.
In case of doubt regarding the applicability of the above warranty conditions, the applicability thereof will be at the sole discretion of Sistemas Ibertrónica.
Returns
Withdrawal/unilateral revocation of the requested order: In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, the client (consumers or users are considered only the natural or legal persons who acquire, use or enjoy the product as final recipients) will have the right to revoke the requested order within a period of 14 days from receipt of the same, prior notification to Ibertrónica Systems within that period, so that the appropriate return channels can be established (return number, and form and delivery address of the return shipment), with a refund of the price only of the product that you have paid for it. If you exercise this right of withdrawal, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Material purchased to order and imported expressly to fulfill your order.- The supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, such as custom-configured computers or custom-made items.
- Return of products with a gift or promotion. A full return (item + gift) is required for a refund. In the case of products that include game download codes, it is a requirement that the game has not been downloaded in order to proceed with payment.
- The supply of digital content that is not provided on a physical medium when performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user, with the knowledge that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.
- The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
The costs incurred in returning the material will be borne by the customer.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. The refund for the returned material will be charged to your account, and you will have the option to exchange it for another item from our catalog for the value of the returned product.
Ibertrónica Systems reserves the right to refund or not refund the purchase price depending on the specific situation of each order.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals, or adhesive tape directly on the surface or packaging of the item.

Cancellations
Your order begins processing immediately after clicking "Place Order" on the page. Once the order enters the processing phase, it can only be canceled by emailing [email protected], or it must be processed as a return.
To cancel your order, you can also call 91 710 95 15 and request a cancellation. You must have your order number and, in the case of a partial cancellation, the details of the items to be cancelled.
Delivery Policy
Orders are delivered to the various shipping companies within 24-72 hours, provided the products are in stock and unless they are placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. In these cases, orders will be delivered to the shipping company on the first business day after the order is placed.
Delivery times depend on the payment method chosen.
Please note that the indicated delivery times are calculated on business days and may be affected by local or national holidays.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, unlike shipments to the Balearic Islands and mainland Spain, VAT is not included in the final price of the product. However, the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges. Under no circumstances can we determine the amount of taxes payable by the customer upon receipt of their order, as, in the case of the Canary Islands, this depends on the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax ("IGIC") and "Canary Islands Customs." As a guide, and in no case fixed, they typically charge between 15 and 30 Euros for Import Duties and Customs Administrative Paperwork, in addition to the corresponding percentage of the "IGIC" (Tax on Imports). Likewise, we are not responsible for any possible variations made by customs without prior notice.
Orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely designated by the user. Therefore, SISTEMAS IBERTRONICA SL assumes no liability for product failures due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the user, or for failure to deliver due to reasons beyond the control of the shipping company or postal service assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient. We do not ship to PO boxes.
The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the website and automatically applied during the final phase of the contracting process. The customer assumes that the economic valuation of some products may change in real time. In all cases, this will always be communicated to users in advance.
