The PCI Express SATA III (6 Gbps) Controller Card, PEXESAT322I offers the option of incorporating 2 internal or external SATA ports to your computer, through a single PCI Express (x1) slot. The card has a selection of built-in jumpers, so it can be configured to add 2 internal or external SATA III ports, or one of each, as required.

The SATA III card has support for Port Multiplier (MP) in each port in order to be able to connect multiple drives through a single cable in case it is required to maximize the number of SATA device connections, reducing the number of cables.

This controller card is compliant with the SATA revision 3.0 specification (up to 6 Gbps of bandwidth), enabling you to take advantage of the speeds of high-performance solid-state and hard drives (SSD), as well as SATA-based optical drives (CDs). -ROM, DVD-ROM, Blu-Ray).
