The Solidigm D5-P5336 15.36TB is a high-capacity enterprise NVMe SSD engineered for modern data centers and read-intensive applications. Built with 192-layer QLC 3D NAND and the compact E3.S 7.5 mm form factor, it provides an efficient solution for increasing storage density in servers while supporting demanding AI, analytics, cloud storage and content delivery workloads.
Featuring a PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe interface, the Solidigm D5-P5336 delivers sequential read speeds of up to 7,000 MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 3,000 MB/s. Random performance reaches 1,005,000 IOPS for 4K reads and 29,900 IOPS for 16K writes, providing fast access to large data sets and excellent performance for read-intensive enterprise environments.
The drive is designed for reliable operation in demanding data center infrastructures, offering an endurance rating of 14.11 PBW and 0.51 DWPD for 16K random-write workloads. It also features an MTBF of 2 million hours, an operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C, and resistance to shocks of up to 1,000 G. Active power consumption is rated at 21 W, while idle consumption is approximately 5 W.
