With dimensions of 70x56mm, the copper contact surface of the heatsink is more than twice the size of the conventional model. Designed to fit the large integrated heat spreaders (IHS) of Intel socket-based LGA4677 processors, this custom design allows optimal heat flow from the base of the CPU, to the heatpipes and above. the cooling fins.

For installation, LGA4677 processors require a plastic CPU mounting adapter.
