The Inter-Tech IPC 4U-4098-S is a professional 4U rackmount server chassis designed for integrators, system builders and IT environments that require a spacious, robust and highly configurable 19” enclosure. Its 4U format provides excellent internal accessibility, making it suitable for server, storage, industrial control or professional rack-based systems.

Its internal layout supports Mini-ITX, mATX, μATX and ATX motherboards, with a maximum motherboard size of 305 x 300 mm. The chassis also allows the installation of expansion cards up to 290 mm in length and CPU coolers up to 130 mm high, depending on the internal configuration and installed drive cages.

One of its key advantages is its flexible storage capacity. The case offers up to 6 external 5.25” bays, 5 internal 3.5” bays and 6 internal 2.5” bays, with removable HDD cages that simplify assembly, maintenance and hardware upgrades. This makes it especially useful for storage-oriented servers or professional systems requiring several drives.

The 1.0-1.2 mm steel construction, lockable front doors, integrated air filter and two rear 80 mm fans provide a solid base for continuous operation in rack environments. The front panel includes 2 USB 3.0 ports, power/reset buttons and status LEDs, ensuring practical control and connectivity for professional installations.
