The AXAGON PCEM2-1U internal adapter allows you to connect an M.2 SSD drive to a desktop computer via a PCI-Express bus.

The adapter's well-thought-out design and ultra-compact size allow it to be easily used on a desktop computer that is not equipped with an M.2 slot. The card is also ideal for a 1U rack server and low-profile cabinets. Its unique design allows it to be used not only in x16 slots, but also in x4 and x8 slots.

The adapter supports the use of M.2 NVMe (PCI-Express) SSDs, both single-sided and double-sided. The reduction is not limited to SSD drive capacities and M.2 cards with a size of up to 22x80mm can be used. Thanks to the 4-lane PCI-Express 3.0 interface, speeds of up to 8 GBps can be achieved.

Heat-conductive pads and copper vents help better remove heat generated during operation of M.2 SSDs. LED indication indicates connection and data transfer.
