Arctic P8 PWM PST 80x80x25

During the development of the new P8 PWM, special emphasis was placed on a focused airflow and thus a high static pressure. The fan ensures extremely efficient cooling, even with increased air resistance. Therefore, the P8 PWM is particularly suitable for use in heat sinks and radiators.

Even at low speeds, the running sound of the new ARCTIC engine is barely noticeable. Due to a sinus magnetization, the new motor only creates about 5% of the commutation vibration of a normal unfiltered DC motor. Consequently, there is no need for rubber spacers due to the smooth, constant torque of the new motor.

The new Arctic motor has four times longer life, thanks to its low coil temperature. A 10°C lower motor temperature approximately doubles the life of the fan.

Thanks to the 4-Pin connector, the rotational speed of the fan can be regulated in a wide spectrum via PWM. This way noise is kept to a minimum, while maximum cooling performance is guaranteed when needed.

Thanks to an alloy/lubricant combination developed in Germany, friction inside the bearing is reduced and higher efficiency is achieved. As a result, there is less heat development and less noise from the bearings, which means you can enjoy a longer life from your fan.
