Arctic P12 SLIM PST 120x120x15

Unlike normal case fans, which are 25mm thick, the P12 Slim PWM PST has an installation depth of only 15mm. This makes it a predestined fan for small form factor builds.

During the development of the new P12 Slim PWM PST, particular emphasis was placed on a concentrated air stream and therefore high static pressure. The fan ensures extremely efficient cooling, even with increased air resistance. Therefore, the P12 Slim PWM PST is particularly suitable for use on covered vents or inlets with filters.

The motor is powered by a state-of-the-art neodymium-iron-boron magnet ring, which enables the new P12 Slim PWM PST to run much more efficiently than its predecessors. This saves energy and reduces coil temperature without compromising performance.

Due to sinus magnetization, the new motor only creates about 5% of the commutation vibration of a regular unfiltered DC motor. Consequently, there is no need for rubber spacers due to the constant and smooth torque of the new motor.

A 10 ° C lower motor temperature roughly doubles the life of a fan. The new ARCTIC motor has four times longer service life thanks to its low coil temperature.
