The high-capacity TS-855X features six 3.5" SATA drive bays (for HDDs), two 2.5" SATA drive bays (for SSDs), and an 8-core processor that supports Intel® technology. QuickAssist (QAT), thus significantly helping enterprises implement a virtualization and data storage environment. Integrated high-speed 10GbE/2.5GbE connectivity contributes to fast data access, backup and restore, file server, and virtualization applications. The TS-855X is equipped with the QTS operating system as standard, but you can flexibly switch to the ZFS-based QuTS hero operating system based on your needs. The TS-855X will be available and supported by QNAP for a long period of time (until 2027), ideal for companies that need to implement matching NAS models in long-term projects.
