The compact USB-C smart card reader Ewent EW1055 allows you to easily and securely read your electronic ID or smart card anywhere. The smart card reader features a USB-C interface and is compatible with Windows and macOS.
The smart card reader is designed to meet all major smart card standards and specifications in ID-1 card format, including personal identification cards. The card reader can be used for e-Commerce, e-Business, digital signatures, authentication and access protection. The EW1055 reader is CAC approved and is PC/SC and WHQL compliant.
It is equipped with a USB-C connector and is suitable for Windows and macOS. The card reader is powered via USB.
