Intel's 600p Solid State Hard Drive is part of Intel's 3D NAND SSD consumer product family.
The M.2 (80mm) form factor frees up space for the use of other components and offers design options for thinner and lighter systems. The 600p series includes the PCIe * Gen3 x4 NVMe interface. Compared to a typical hard drive, the 600p series has 90% less power consumption and increases battery life. A platform based on 6th generation Intel Core processors offers further reduction in power consumption as well as higher performance.
