The Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 OC graphics card is the new family of Nvidia graphics cards, a powerful graphics that comes to compete with the best. With a great cast of innovative technologies, the GTX 1660 becomes the gateway to virtual reality and high definition graphics.
The WINDFORCE 2X cooling system has two exclusive 90 mm blade fans and a semi-passive 3D active fan that has an effective heat dissipation capability for higher performance in lower conditions.
"Alternative spinning", patented by Gigabyte, is the only solution to reduce fan turbulence. Since the fans rotate in the same direction, the direction of the air flow is opposite between the fans, which causes turbulent air flow and this reduces the cooling efficiency. This system causes the central fan to rotate in the opposite way, so that the direction of the air flow between the fans is the same, reducing turbulence and improving the air flow pressure.
The air flow spills over the triangular edge of the fan and is gently guided through the curve of the 3D band on the surface of the fan, effectively improving the air flow.
We provide semi-passive speed, and the fans remain off when the GPU is in a low load or low power set. It allows players to enjoy the game in complete silence when the system is running light or idle.
