Numerous improvements, such as improved motor technology and a newly developed fan design, have dramatically increased the performance of the P12 PWM PST fans. In internal tests leveled at 28 db (A) the P12 PWM PST fans left many competitors behind.

Optimized for high static pressure. When developing P12 PWM PST, special emphasis was placed on focused airflow and high static pressure. The fan ensures extremely efficient cooling, even with increased air resistance. Therefore, the P12 PWM PST is particularly suitable for use in heat sinks, radiators, orifices and filters (image: top: ARCTIC P series, bottom: standard fan).

More efficient technology. With a neodymium-iron-boron magnetic ring, the P12 PWM PST (0.96 W @ 1,800 RPM) is significantly more efficient than its predecessors (F12 PWM PST: 2.88 W @ 1,350 RPM). Without sacrificing performance, this saves energy and significantly reduces motor coil temperature.

Maximum peace of mind, minimal vibration. Even at low speeds, the operating sound of the new ARCTIC motor is barely perceptible. Due to sinus magnetization, the new motor only creates about 5% of the commutation vibration of an unfiltered DC motor. Consequently, there is no need for rubber spacers due to the constant and smooth torque of the new engine.

200 to 1800 RPM regulated by PWM. Thanks to the 4-pin connector, the fan speed can be controlled via PWM. This reduces noise to a minimum and at the same time ensures the highest cooling performance.

Improved bearings. Due to an improved alloy / lubricant combination developed in Germany, friction in the bearing is reduced and more efficiency is achieved. In this way, there is less heat development, less noise in the bearing and the service life is longer.
