{"id":616,"date":"2012-12-08T11:02:55","date_gmt":"2012-12-08T11:02:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ibertronica.es\/blog\/?p=616"},"modified":"2022-03-28T07:17:58","modified_gmt":"2022-03-28T06:17:58","slug":"memorias-cfast","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/tutoriales\/memorias-cfast\/","title":{"rendered":"Todo sobre las Memorias CFast"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a onclick=\"javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('\/downloads\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Innodisk-CFast-100-8Gb-SLC-300x300.jpg');\"  href=\"https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Innodisk-CFast-100-8Gb-SLC-300x300.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\"Innodisk CFast-100 8Gb SLC\" src=\"https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Innodisk-CFast-100-8Gb-SLC-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"Imagen memorias cfast 8gb\" width=\"216\" height=\"216\" \/><\/a>En t\u00e9rminos de memoria, una variante de las <a onclick=\"javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('\/outgoing\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/CompactFlash');\" title=\"Memorias CompactFlash\"  href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/CompactFlash\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CompactFlash<\/a> conocida como <strong>Memorias CFast<\/strong>\u00a0se ha extendido con notabilidad, estando basada en el bus Serial ATA, en vez de en bus Parallel ATA\/IDE con el cual est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas las dem\u00e1s memorias CompactFlash.\u00a0<strong>Las CFast permiten una tasa de transferencia m\u00e1xima mayor que las tarjetas CompactFlash<\/strong>. A fecha de 2011, SATA daba soporte a tasas de hasta 600 MBs por segundo, mientras que la tecnolog\u00eda PATA se limitaba a 133MBs utilizando UDMA 6. Las tarjetas CFast no son compatibles ni f\u00edsicamente ni el\u00e9ctricamente con las CompactFlash. De todas formas, se pueden usar drivers de software de CompactFlash debido a que SATA puede emular el protocolo de comando PATA. Por otro lado, las CFast utilizan un conector de datos de 7 pins.<\/p>\n<p>Su origen se produjo en el a\u00f1o 2009 tras la presentaci\u00f3n de la primera CFast de 32GB por parte de Pretec en el CES del mismo a\u00f1o. <strong>Delock comenz\u00f3 distribuyendo las primeras tarjetas en 2010<\/strong> y ofrece distintos lectores de tarjetas con puertos USB 3.0 y eSATAp para dar soporte a este tipo de memorias.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de este sector <strong>se puede hablar de tres tipos principales de memoria a tener en cuenta<\/strong>: SLC (Single Level Cell), MLC (Multi Level Cell) y E.eMLC. Cada uno de ellos destaca con unos aspectos positivos y negativos que les diferencian y que permiten que los tres existan para que sean utilizados en funciones determinadas dependiendo de cada una de las situaciones. De forma tradicional cada c\u00e9lula tiene dos posibles estados, por lo que una porci\u00f3n de datos almacenada en cada c\u00e9lula <strong>es lo que llamamos c\u00e9lulas de nivel individual, o memoria flash SLC<\/strong>. Este tipo de memoria tiene algunas ventajas, como una tasas de escritura mucho m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidas, menor consumo de energ\u00eda y una durabilidad m\u00e1s alta de las c\u00e9lulas. No obstante, como almacenan menos datos por c\u00e9lula, cuesta fabricar m\u00e1s cada megabyte de almacenaje. Las memorias flash SLC se utilizan en tarjetas de memoria de alto rendimiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a onclick=\"javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('\/downloads\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Innodisk-CFast-D150Q-16Gb.jpg');\"  href=\"https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Innodisk-CFast-D150Q-16Gb.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-618 size-medium\" title=\"Innodisk memorias CFast D150Q 16Gb\" src=\"https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Innodisk-CFast-D150Q-16Gb-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"Imagen memorias cfast d150q 16gb\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Innodisk-CFast-D150Q-16Gb-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Innodisk-CFast-D150Q-16Gb-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Innodisk-CFast-D150Q-16Gb-55x55.jpg 55w, https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Innodisk-CFast-D150Q-16Gb.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Memorias CFast &#8211;\u00a0MLC (Multi Level Cell)<\/h2>\n<p>Las <a onclick=\"javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('\/outgoing\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Single-level_cell#Single-level_cell');\" title=\"MLC C\u00e9lulas Multinivel\"  href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Single-level_cell#Single-level_cell\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">c\u00e9lulas multinivel<\/a> son un elemento de memoria capaz de almacenar m\u00e1s de un \u00fanico bit de informaci\u00f3n. La tecnolog\u00eda de memoria flash NAND MLC utiliza m\u00faltiples niveles por c\u00e9lula para permitir que m\u00e1s bits se almacenen usando el mismo n\u00famero de transistores. <strong>La mayor parte de estas memorias tienen cuatro estados posibles por c\u00e9lula<\/strong>, lo que implica que pueden almacenar dos bits de informaci\u00f3n por c\u00e9lula. Esto reduce la cantidad de margen separando los estados y los resultados con posibilidad de presenciar m\u00e1s errores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los beneficios del uso de memoria MLC se encuentran en que el precio por unidad de almacenamiento es menor debido a la mayor densidad de almacenaje de datos<\/strong>. La complejidad del software se puede incrementar para compensar una tasa de error mayor por bit. Se incrementa la sensibilidad entre cada uno de los niveles de la memoria y se aumenta el rendimiento y la resistencia.
