Como resultado, Asus decidi\u00f3 dejar intacta la funci\u00f3n DLVR dentro del BIOS. En caso de que Intel decida recuperar la funci\u00f3n en una futura generaci\u00f3n\/arquitectura de CPU.<\/p>\n<p>DLVR est\u00e1 muy relacionado con la tecnolog\u00eda FIVR del regulador de voltaje integrado de Intel.\u00a0Intel\u00a0patent\u00f3 esta tecnolog\u00eda a principios de este a\u00f1o y confirm\u00f3 su existencia en la arquitectura de CPU Raptor Lake.\u00a0DLVR ten\u00eda el potencial de reducir el consumo de energ\u00eda de la CPU de Raptor Lake hasta en un 25 %, si Intel hubiera habilitado la funci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos b\u00e1sicos, DLVR se encuentra dentro de la matriz de la CPU y ayuda a regular la energ\u00eda. Operando en paralelo con los reguladores de voltaje que se encuentran en la placa base. Al introducir un regulador digital tan cerca de la CPU, se podr\u00edan reducir las ondas de voltaje. Y, por lo tanto, reducir el consumo de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>A d\u00eda de hoy no est\u00e1 claro por qu\u00e9 Intel decidi\u00f3 desconectar DLVR durante el desarrollo de la gama Raptor Lake. Bien es cierto que al tratarse de una tecnolog\u00eda relativamente nueva, es posible que al no estar del todo desarrollada cause mas problemas que soluciones.
