{"id":12828,"date":"2021-06-28T09:21:41","date_gmt":"2021-06-28T08:21:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/?p=12828"},"modified":"2022-03-20T10:09:10","modified_gmt":"2022-03-20T09:09:10","slug":"el-nuevo-estandar-de-intel-atx12vo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/actualidad\/el-nuevo-estandar-de-intel-atx12vo\/","title":{"rendered":"El nuevo est\u00e1ndar de Intel ATX12VO"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>Los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos actuales apuestan por la m\u00e1xima eficiencia y sobretodo, aportan soluci\u00f3n a diferentes problem\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Actualmente la empresa <strong>Intel<\/strong> ha desarrollando un nuevo est\u00e1ndar de alimentaci\u00f3n para las placas base m\u00e1s moderno y que ha solventado varios de los problemas que presentaba el modelo de alimentaci\u00f3n con un cable ATX de veinticuatro pines.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Este modelo predecesor tambi\u00e9n fue desarrollado por Intel, pero, el nuevo conector al que han llamado\u00a0<strong>ATX12VO<\/strong> pretende convertirse en el est\u00e1ndar del mercado. Para ser m\u00e1s concretos, llegar\u00e1 de la mano de la placa base <strong>Z490 Phantom Gaming 4SR<\/strong>\u00a0de\u00a0<strong>ASRock<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los pros y contras del ATX12VO?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Teniendo en cuenta que al parecer, la decisi\u00f3n de Intel es muy s\u00f3lida ante el cambio de su est\u00e1ndar y seguir\u00e1n adelante con ello aunque los fabricantes se opongan, hemos pasado a analizar los<strong> pros y contras del nuevo est\u00e1ndar<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Simplificaci\u00f3n del dise\u00f1o y abaratamiento de sus costes.<\/li>\r\n<li>Tipo de entrega de energ\u00eda mucho m\u00e1s eficiente. Reducci\u00f3n de la potencia a la mitad mientras est\u00e1 inactivo,.<\/li>\r\n<li>Reducci\u00f3n del tama\u00f1o y n\u00famero de pines del conector principal de la placa base de 24 a 10 pines.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><a onclick=\"javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('\/downloads\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/atx12vopins.jpg');\"  href=\"https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/atx12vopins.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-12831\" src=\"https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/atx12vopins.jpg\" alt=\"ATX12VO\" width=\"700\" height=\"659\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/atx12vopins.jpg 700w, https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/atx12vopins-300x282.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/atx12vopins-150x141.jpg 150w, https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/atx12vopins-123x116.jpg 123w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Y ahora, pasamos a enumerar las principales desventajas:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>A pesar de que se reduce el tama\u00f1o del conector principal, el conector EPS de 4+4 pines sigue siendo necesario, as\u00ed como el resto de cables de la fuente.<\/li>\r\n<li>Intel ATX12VO hace el conector m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o pero no elimina la etapa de conversi\u00f3n DC\/DC para los ra\u00edles de 5V y 3,3V con lo cual se encarece el precio de las placas base y empeora su eficiencia.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un cambio que aporta una soluci\u00f3n dudosa<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Y es que este nuevo est\u00e1ndar no parece ser algo tan tremendamente necesario. Varios expertos y fabricantes sostienen que \u00fanicamente se trata de una peque\u00f1a modificaci\u00f3n o parche para poder cumplir con las estrictas normativas energ\u00e9ticas vigentes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>No podemos pasar por alto que sin duda, la<strong> gran desventaja<\/strong> que encontramos es que<strong> derivamos el problema de la fuente de alimentaci\u00f3n directamente a la placa base<\/strong>, con lo cual, la soluci\u00f3n puede llegar a convertirse en una aut\u00e9ntico fiasco.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"512\" class=\"wp-image-12834\" src=\"https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/asrock-dsc_7412-1-1024x512.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/asrock-dsc_7412-1-1024x512.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/asrock-dsc_7412-1-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/asrock-dsc_7412-1-150x75.jpg 150w, https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/asrock-dsc_7412-1-228x114.jpg 228w, https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/asrock-dsc_7412-1.jpg 1400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Es muy probable que ante esta gran problem\u00e1tica, <strong>no encontremos este conector de alimentaci\u00f3n ATX12VO en muchas placas base de gama alta<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Con toda seguridad encontremos el est\u00e1ndar en equipos de integraci\u00f3n, pero, el factor determinante ser\u00e1n las eficiencias energ\u00e9ticas en relaci\u00f3n a las actuales regulaciones gubernativas de menor consumo. Esto ser\u00e1 lo que convierta finalmente al ATX12VO en la serie predominante.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>En conclusi\u00f3n, encontramos que, en teor\u00eda el dise\u00f1o de las fuentes de alimentaci\u00f3n se simplificar\u00e1 pero a consecuencia de esto, el dise\u00f1o de las placas bases ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s complejo, lo cual aumentar\u00e1 su coste y precio de venta.
