{"id":10544,"date":"2017-03-14T10:53:38","date_gmt":"2017-03-14T09:53:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ibertronica.es\/blog\/?p=10544"},"modified":"2022-03-16T10:35:36","modified_gmt":"2022-03-16T09:35:36","slug":"amd-ryzen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ibertronica.es\/blog\/actualidad\/amd-ryzen\/","title":{"rendered":"AMD Ryzen si que usa un compuesto t\u00e9rmico de alta calidad."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>AMD Ryzen<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>AMD Ryzen<\/strong> usa un compuesto t\u00e9rmico de alta calidad, por lo que no hay necesidad de hacer delid. \u00bfPero qu\u00e9 es el delid?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El delid es una compleja operaci\u00f3n que consiste en retirar el disipador de calor integrado (<strong>IHS<\/strong>) de un procesador para mejorar sus temperaturas de funcionamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Es un proceso que se ha vuelto muy popular desde la llegada de los procesadores <strong>Intel Ivy Bridge<\/strong> debido a que Intel ha venido usando un compuesto t\u00e9rmico de muy mala calidad para unir el IHS al die del procesador, lo que hace que sus procesadores se calientes de forma excesiva.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias al delid se ha visto como los procesadores de Intel llegan a reducir su temperatura de funcionamiento en hasta 20\u00baC, por ello se ha vuelto una operaci\u00f3n casi imprescindible para los overclockers. Sin embargo, el delid es una operaci\u00f3n muy compleja en la que se corre el riesgo de estropear el procesador.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AMD Ryzen<\/strong> utiliza una interfaz t\u00e9rmica de alta calidad para unir el IHS al die, por lo que si hacemos delid solo obtenemos una mejora de 2\u00baC, algo insuficiente conociendo el riesgo que conlleva la operaci\u00f3n. Sin duda <strong>AMD<\/strong> ha acertado al unir el die de Ryzen con su IHS usando una interfaz t\u00e9rmica de alta calidad.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Menudos procesadores los nuevos <strong>AMD
